India’s ASSOCHAM says that lack of renewable energy here is to blame for high defect rates of Indian products. It says that industrial power in India is among the highest in the world. The only solution is to use renewables, particularly solar.

 
I know you’ll think that India has a growing solar industry, but this might not be of much help to us bec 85% of what’s produced here is exported anyway. How can we correct this?
